Order Processing Times
Each order is custom-made and requires time to be crafted before shipping. Processing time does not include the shipping time.
Standard Processing
This time frame covers the internal handling needed to create your customized item. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time, which depends on the method selected at checkout.

“See a Preview” Option (€3 Extra Charge)
- If you select this option, we will email you a preview of your design before production.
- Your order will only be processed after you approve the design.
- This may result in additional processing time, depending on how quickly you provide approval.
⚠ Note: Processing times may be extended slightly during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, Christmas) or due to high demand.
Courier Options & Delivery Methods
Cyprus
We offer two courier options for deliveries within Cyprus:
1. GAP Courier
- Delivery Methods:
- Collection From Akis Express: €2
- Home Delivery: €3.50 (excluding inaccessible areas)
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days from dispatch
- Orders over €60: Free delivery
Note: For parcels exceeding 2kg, a small additional charge applies.
2. BOX NOW (Locker-to-Locker Service)
- Cost: €2
- Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
- Service Type: 24/7 automated locker collection

Shipping to Greece
Box Now Courier

- Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days from dispatch
International Shipping
- Standard Shipping (Mail Service):
- Prices start at €4.99 for parcels up to 2kg
- The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout
- For parcels over 2kg, please contact us for a custom shipping quote
Note: All international shipping prices include VAT. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.
