Yes! We offer an optional “See a Preview” feature for an extra €3. If you choose this option, we’ll send you the design via email before production.

What if I don’t like the design?
If you’re not happy with the preview, we’re happy to create a new design using a different photo for free (one-time change only). After the first free change, any additional modifications will cost €3 per revision.

⚠️ Important: This option is only available before production begins. Once you approve the design, we’ll proceed with making your item, and further changes won’t be possible.

If you’re unsure whether your photo will work, don’t worry! We can use almost any clear photo. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us.

Processing times depend on your selected options:

• Standard Processing: 5-10 business days
• “See a Preview” Option: Additional days may be needed for approval

Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and courier:

• Cyprus: GAP Express 2-4 business days, Box Now: 2-5 business days

Our garments are made from a 50/50 Cotton & Polyester blend (280-300gsm), offering the perfect balance of softness and durability. They are breathable and suitable for all seasons!

All personalised orders are designed and crafted in our studio in Cyprus. We take great care to ensure each order meets our high standards.

We manually hand-draw the outlines for each order, so we can use almost any photo as long as it is relatively clear (it doesn’t have to be extremely sharp).

We accept the following file formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, and HEIC and the file size should be up to 10MB.

We offer sizes XS to XXL for now. If you need a size outside this range, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to update it. Once production has started, no further changes can be made.

Yes! We offer gift packaging options that can be selected at checkout. If you’re sending a gift, we can also include a personalised message—just let us know!

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. If your package is delayed or lost, please first check your tracking information. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help you.

We take the privacy and security of your uploaded images very seriously. All images provided for customization are treated as strictly confidential and are only accessed by our designer and production team.

we DO NOT outsource the production of our products, which means everything is made by our team only.

Once your design has been completed, your photo will be deleted from our systems after 30 days of order completion. This is done to ensure your privacy and protect your information.

If you’d like to reorder in the future, you will need to upload your photo again. Rest assured, we handle all photos with great care and respect, using them solely for the purpose of creating your personalised design.
