Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All items are non-returnable/ non-refundable due to all orders being personalised. 

As all our products are custom-made and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a fault or mistake with your order. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item at Instagram @Stitchnsketch_cy or email info@stitchnsketch.com with your:
1. Order number 2. Full Name 3. Phone number 4. Clear photos of the issue.

    Damages & Order Issues

    Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

    We may offer a replacement or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

    Cancellations & Changes

    • Cancellations or order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • If production has already started, a partial refund may be possible, but a processing fee will be deducted.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    As our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless there has been an error on our part. This also applies to:

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    • Gift cards
    • Discounted or sale items

    Refunds

    If a refund is approved due to an order issue, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

    If you have not received your refund yet, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

    Shipping Returns

    As returns are not accepted for personalised items, please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. If a return is approved due to a production error, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
